Goldentree products are available to individuals, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies (including offshore companies).

Interest can be serviced monthly or, in some circumstances, can be allowed to roll up.

Goldentree do not provide or arrange regulated mortgage contracts.

Typical uses will include:

Capital raising
Temporary funding of a property that has been secured below market valuation
Funding the purchase of an additional investment property either here or overseas while more permanent financing is put into place
Funding urgent property purchases (those at auction for example), until a long term mortgage facility can be arranged
Short term funding for property which is not mortgageable , whilst repairs and renovations are completed
Funding for commercial and and residential development sites (site acquisition and development finance)
