Our commercial bridging loan product is designed to finance transactions which involve all types of commercial property . We will finance properties which are currently empty but where the borrower has a credible plan for improvement.

We don't operate on fixed LTV's but do want to see the borrower committing their own cash or assets to the deal.

We visit every property we finance and meet every borrower personally.

This product can finance:

  • Auction Purchases
  • Refurbishment Deals
  • Capital/Equity Release
  • Release from Insolvencies
  • Deals involving a planning change
  • VAT on purchases, pending it's reclaim
